Are you interested in funding at the intersection of environment and Indigenous issues?

Indigenous Australian’s own and manage over 20% of the country. These lands, which include some of Australia’s most exceptional natural places, need ongoing care to maintain ecological health and protect threatened species and cultural sites. There is a role for philanthropy to play in supporting Indigenous land management to continue to grow and flourish.

This highly recommended course, from The BlackCard, will support you to engage more closely with Aboriginal people through building knowledge and understanding of culture and history. A component of the course provides space to reflect on what you have learned and how you might seek to work with Aboriginal people in your capacity as a funder.

Places are limited, bookings essential. Register for this Side Event via the conference registration page.
Please note that 50% of the cost of this cultural training has been covered by the AEGN, with thanks to The Christensen Fund
